The French capital is home to some of the most advanced treatments, talented experts, and beautifully designed spaces – and every time I’m in town, I love booking a few of my favourite appointments. Ambassade Biologique Recherche
Whenever I’m in Paris, one of my first stops is Ambassade Biologique Recherche on the Champs-Élysées. It’s a true sanctuary – calm, elegant, and so different from the busy streets just outside. Paris is full of great hairstylists, but when it comes to colour, no one does it like Louis & Remy Hair. Louis and Remy are true masters of their craft – subtle, precise, and always on-trend without ever feeling overdone. They colour hair for so many people in the fashion industry too, and I honestly think they’re one of fashion’s best-kept secrets.

If you ever need to get your body event-ready, Sinara Beguin Paris is the place. Sinara brought her expertise from Brazil and combined it with some of the latest high-tech machines to create treatments that really sculpt and tone. Her hands are magic – soothing yet firm – and the results are always visible. Perfect for that pre-event “snatched” look we all love.

And finally, for the neatest Russian manicure, I always love visiting Aggy El. The space is cosy, the team is super precise, and they’re always so accommodating. A perfect little beauty ritual to wrap up a Paris trip.
