Prada Mode in Abu Dhabi : My Outfits

Spending the past few days in Abu Dhabi with Prada has been nothing short of extraordinary. As one of my favourite fashion houses, Prada never ceases to amaze me – not only with its designs but also with its ability to curate cultural experiences that leave a lasting impression. This time, it was all about Prada Mode, the brand’s latest iteration of its travelling social club, blending art, tradition, and modernity in a beautifully curated exhibition at the MiZa neighbourhood in Mina Zayed.

This Prada Mode edition, the eleventh in total and the third collaboration with the incredible multidisciplinary artist Theaster Gates, explored the contrast between minimalism and contemporary technological dominance. The exhibition space reflected a balance of elegance, historical craftsmanship, and artistic duality -something that truly resonated with me. Over the course of two days, guests had the chance to immerse themselves in thought-provoking discussions, engaging workshops, and mesmerising musical performances.

From conversations on honouring tradition while embracing modernity, to deep discussions about urban development and cultural identity, each panel brought together some of the most inspiring voices in art and design. The Al-Sadu weaving workshops were a personal highlight, allowing us to experience a piece of local heritage firsthand. And of course, the evenings were all about music, with incredible DJ sets and live performances setting the perfect atmosphere.

Beyond the cultural experience, what made this trip even more special was sharing it with dear friends, soaking in the beautiful weather, and enjoying the impeccable organisation of Prada’s team. I’m excited to share all the outfits I wore on this trip with you – keep scrolling to see them all!
