The routine behind my hair (and what actually made a difference)
If there’s one thing I’ve truly changed over the past year, it’s how much care and attention I give to my hair.
My natural hair is quite dry and curly, and while I love wearing it in soft, blown-out waves, my job involves constant styling, heat tools, and regular transformations. And as much as I enjoy that part of my routine, it also means I have to be incredibly mindful of how I care for my hair behind the scenes.
Because the truth is – healthy, long, glossy hair doesn’t come from styling. It comes from consistency, care, and investing in the right products.
I genuinely believe we can all improve our hair (and overall appearance) so much when we put in the effort and choose quality over quick fixes. And for me, that journey really started from within.
The real foundation: supplements and hair health from within
Before anything else, I always say the same thing – hair care starts from within.
For the past year, I’ve been consistently taking my own supplement, NOA Hair, which I actually tested long before launching it. I would never put my name behind something I didn’t fully believe in.
And I can honestly say I’ve never seen my hair grow faster, feel stronger, or look healthier.
It’s not an overnight solution, and it’s not something that works in a few weeks. This is a long-term approach. The real results come after a few months of consistent use – and that’s also the feedback I’ve received from so many women, which makes me incredibly happy.
For me, supplements are the base. Once you support your hair internally, everything you do externally simply works better.
My current hair routine: LUNESI products I keep reaching for
Over the past few months, my routine has been very consistent – and a big part of that has been LUNESI.
I didn’t plan to dedicate a full section to these products, but the truth is I’ve been using them constantly, and they’ve genuinely become part of my everyday routine. I use their shampoo and mask regularly, and what I love most is how balanced they feel. My hair feels clean, soft, and nourished without ever being heavy.
I’ve also been using their Alchemical Golden Hair Oil, which completes the routine beautifully. It’s an exquisite blend that nourishes and protects the hair, leaving it smooth, radiant and incredibly soft to the touch – without weighing it down.
Together, these three products feel like a complete routine for me at the moment – simple, effective, and exactly what my hair needs.

Other hair products I always come back to
Alongside my current routine, there are a few essentials I use very consistently – not too many, just the ones that genuinely make a difference.
A good Mason Pearson hair brush is something I rely on daily. It helps smooth the hair, adds shine, and makes everything look much more polished without effort. I also use the K18 hair mask whenever my hair needs deeper repair – especially after periods of more intense styling and heat. And one of the tools I’ve really been enjoying is the LED hair mask. It’s something I use regularly as part of my overall approach to scalp and hair health.
I don’t like to overload my hair with too many products. I actually believe the opposite – keeping things simple and consistent works best. From time to time, I’ll do a scalp exfoliation or book a really good hydrating salon treatment, just to reset everything.
And that’s really it.

Hair accessories & finishing touches

Once the care is in place, styling becomes the easiest part. I like to keep a few simple accessories on hand – hair clips, soft ties and small details that make putting together a hairstyle quick and effortless.
One small tip that really makes a difference: I always tie my hair with silk scrunchies. They’re much gentler on the hair and help prevent breakage, especially if you wear your hair up often.
