The Ones That Stole My Heart
If I look back at my outfits from 2025, one thing becomes very clear: the bags I reached for most were not always the trendiest or newest ones, but the pieces that truly worked with my lifestyle. These are the bags that travelled with me, completed my everyday looks, elevated evening outfits and, quite simply, made getting dressed easier. Some of them surprised me with how often I wore them, while others confirmed what I already knew – true classics earn their place in your wardrobe over time.
Here is a closer look at the bags I wore the most in 2025, and why they became such staples for me.
Hermès Kelly Cut
The Kelly Cut has without doubt been my go-to bag for events and more elegant occasions this year. I honestly lost count of how many times I wore both the green and the black versions – they worked seamlessly with everything from tailored evening looks to more minimal outfits that needed a refined touch. I love how sleek and elongated the shape is; it feels modern yet timeless, and always makes an outfit feel polished without trying too hard. It’s one of those bags I instinctively reach for when I want something chic, effortless and undeniably elegant.

The Row Margaux
This bag is pure love. I own the Margaux in several sizes and colours, and it has become one of my absolute everyday essentials. What I adore most is its balance – it’s structured enough to look put-together, yet relaxed enough to feel natural for daily wear. Whether I’m wearing a cashmere set, a sharp blazer or something more casual, the Margaux just works. It’s practical, understated and incredibly versatile, which is exactly why it has earned such a permanent place in my wardrobe.

Alaïa Teckel
The Alaïa Teckel is another favourite for more elevated outfits, and I found myself reaching for it constantly this year. I own it in a few colours, but the brown suede version was definitely the most worn. It pairs beautifully with pumps, dresses and jumpsuits, adding a refined yet slightly playful touch. I love how it feels feminine but modern at the same time – it’s the kind of bag that instantly elevates an outfit without overpowering it.

Hermès Kelly Pochette
This bag was truly one of my stars of the summer. The Kelly Pochette is one of my favourite Hermès styles, and I wore the butter yellow and white versions endlessly – on holiday and throughout the summer months. It’s compact, yet surprisingly practical, fitting all the essentials without feeling bulky. There’s something incredibly charming about this bag, and I absolutely love how it works with summer dresses, relaxed tailoring and even simple evening looks. I can safely say I’m completely obsessed with it.

Bottega Veneta Andiamo Suede Bag
This larger Andiamo bag quickly became a favourite during autumn and winter. The olive green suede is simply beautiful – rich, warm and perfect for the colder months. It’s spacious enough to carry everything I need, making it ideal for long days, travel or busy schedules. I love how it adds texture to an outfit while still feeling elegant and refined. A true seasonal staple that I’ll continue to wear for years to come.

Hermès Shoulder Birkin
This is one of those bags I truly adore. The Shoulder Birkin feels different from my other Hermès pieces – a little more relaxed, a little more unexpected. I tend to reach for it with more casual outfits, but it’s by no means limited to them. It looks incredible with jeans and a cinched coat, but works just as well with tailored pieces when I want something less formal yet still refined. I love the shoulder strap and softer silhouette, which make it feel effortless and easy to wear, while still carrying that unmistakable Hermès elegance. It’s a bag that adds character to an outfit and always feels like a subtle statement.
