Bridal Beauty Treatments I Am Investing In

The Treatments I’m Doing Before the Wedding

Getting married in a few months has naturally made me more conscious of how I want to feel on the day – not just how I want to look. For me, bridal beauty has never been about drastic changes or last-minute fixes. It’s about feeling healthy, confident and genuinely like the best version of myself.

Before committing to any treatments, I made one very clear decision: everything starts from the inside. From the 1st of January until the wedding, I’ve completely cut out sugar, focused on a balanced, nourishing diet, stayed consistent with training and daily movement, and made hydration a non-negotiable. I’m also very regular with supplements that work well for my body. I truly believe that no treatment can replace these basics – they are the foundation of everything.

That said, this is a special year, and I decided to give myself a little extra care. These are the beauty treatments I’m currently investing in as part of my bridal prep.

1. Facials & Microneedling

For my skin, I’ve been doing facials and microneedling at New Age in Paris, a place I truly trust. Microneedling helps improve skin texture, boost glow and maintain an overall sense of freshness – all things I value when it comes to natural, healthy-looking skin. In the months leading up to the wedding, I’ll be focusing on as many skin-supporting treatments as possible, from LED mask sessions and deep hydration to thorough deep cleansing. My goal isn’t heavy coverage on the wedding day, but skin that already looks good on its own.

2. Hair Mesotherapy

Healthy, strong hair has always been important to me, and hair mesotherapy felt like a natural addition. The treatment supports hair growth, density and overall scalp health, which is exactly what I want in the months leading up to the wedding. It’s not about dramatic change, but about improving quality and strength over time. I also see it as a great complement to my NOA hair supplements, supporting healthy, long and glossy hair from the inside while mesotherapy works directly on the scalp.

3. Laser Hair Removal

This one is purely about ease and confidence. Laser hair removal has simplified my routine and given me one less thing to think about as the wedding approaches. I love knowing my skin will feel smooth and cared for, without irritation or constant upkeep – especially during such a busy season.

4. Lymphatic Drainage & Sculpting Massages

About a month before the wedding, I’ll be adding lymphatic drainage and sculpting massages into my routine. These treatments help reduce water retention, support circulation and give the body a lighter, more sculpted feel. They’re also incredibly relaxing, which feels just as important during what can be a very intense period.

5. Tokyo Hair Treatment

I’ve tried the Tokyo hair treatment a few times now – including in Milan – but my most recent one was in Paris just a few days ago. The whole experience is incredibly calming and luxurious, one of those moments where you genuinely slow down and just enjoy being taken care of. My hair always feels softer, smoother and healthier afterwards, without that heavy, over-treated feeling. It never looks done, just quietly better – like one of those low-key upgrades you notice every time you run your fingers through your hair.

6. Daily LED Mask Use

One habit I’ve added to my routine is daily LED mask use. I usually wear it first thing in the morning for 15 to 20 minutes, right after waking up. Doing it early makes sure I never forget or skip it later in the day. I have a few LED masks, but I reach for the HigherDOSE mask most often. It helps calm the skin, support hydration and maintain a healthy glow, especially on days when my skin feels tired or stressed. Used consistently, it has become one of those small but effective rituals that fits effortlessly into my everyday routine.

If there’s one thing this process has reinforced for me, it’s that beauty really is a long game. No treatment can replace a healthy lifestyle, consistency and self-care – but when combined thoughtfully, they can enhance how you feel in your own skin.

This year, I’m choosing to see bridal prep not as pressure, but as a moment to slow down, be intentional and invest in myself. Not to change who I am – but to show up feeling strong, calm and confident as I step into a new chapter.
