A little high-end, a little high street - all about effortless winter styling.
Winter is the season I truly enjoy when it comes to dressing up – layers, textures, and all the cosy details that make getting ready feel like a little ritual. I love warm, comfortable pieces, good tailoring, and beautiful quality fabrics. This year, I’ve explored both high-end and high street collections, and honestly, I’m so impressed with the winter pieces out there right now. Here are a few of my favourites from both worlds.
High-End Picks

When it comes to high-end pieces, a few brands always capture my attention. Khaite never disappoints – their jumpers and coats are perfection. I adore their fabrics and cuts, and I’ve got a few pairs of their winter boots that are not only incredibly comfortable but also have such an interesting design. Toteme has been part of my winter wardrobe for years now. Their shoes and signature jackets are instantly recognisable, and I love how they refresh their colour palette each season. The pricing also feels fair for a designer brand. And last but not least, Saint Laurent – their coats always take my breath away. I love how beautifully they’re tailored, long, and elegant, creating the most flattering silhouette. Their winter bag collection is absolutely stunning, and I can already tell I won’t be stopping at just one this season.
Magda Butrym pieces are a staple in my wardrobe all year round, and this winter collection is simply beautiful.

High Street Favourites

Would you agree that high street brands just keep getting better every year? I definitely think so. I’ve found some amazing pieces this season that I can’t wait to share. Massimo Dutti has a fantastic winter collection – from chic bags and quality coats to beautiful leather boots. Their knitwear and cardigans are also lovely. COS has been my go-to high street brand for years, and right now they have plenty of wool jumpers and great coats in on-trend shades. Speaking of warm and cosy things – their cashmere socks and classic white T-shirts are something I always repurchase. And & Other Stories has such a lovely winter collection this year too, with beautifully cut coats and jackets, and a few cashmere pieces I absolutely adore.

It really doesn’t matter whether you’re investing in designer pieces or high street finds – what counts is the vision you have when styling them and the joy you take in the process. Play with textures, mix materials, and on those days when you just can’t be bothered, a good pair of jeans and a big chunky jumper will do perfectly. Trust your own sense of style – remember, you wear the clothes, not the other way around.
