Where to Eat, What to Try, and Why I Keep Returning
I absolutely adore Monaco. Its perfectly manicured streets, sparkling coastline, and sense of safety always draw me back, multiple times a year. During the summer months, it’s the place I simply cannot miss. I love strolling along the waterfront, indulging in shopping, and of course, discovering all the incredible spots to enjoy food, drinks, and breathtaking views. Over the years, I’ve found a few restaurants that have become my absolute favourites, and I’m excited to share them with you.
1. Beefbar
Address: 42 Quai Jean-Charles Rey, Monaco
Price range: $$$
Best for: long lunches, dinner with friends and people watching
What to order: steak, wagyu tacos, rock corn and crispy beef
Vibe: chic Monaco atmosphere right by the marina
Good to know: one of the hardest tables to get during busy weekends and Grand Prix season
Beefbar is without a doubt my number-one indulgence in Monaco. It’s more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. The food is exquisite, from perfectly cooked Wagyu to beautifully prepared French cuts. I love the casual yet chic atmosphere, and the location right by the marina is simply stunning. Every time I visit, I leave feeling completely satisfied – both from the food and the gorgeous views.

Price range: $$$
Best for: elegant Mediterranean dinners and stylish evenings
What to order: fresh fish, Greek spreads and seafood dishes

Good to know: perfect for dinner that turns into drinks later in the evening
GAIA is my go-to spot for Greek-Mediterranean flavours. I enjoy trying a variety of dishes here, from the watermelon feta to prawns and a classic Greek salad, and I always make sure to finish with the frozen yoghurt for dessert – it’s truly something special. The restaurant does attract tourists, but for me, it’s part of its cheerful charm, and I always enjoy the vibrant, sunlit atmosphere.

4. Trinity Cocktail Bar & Trinity Pub
Address: 7 Rue du Portier, Monaco
Price range: $$–$$$
Best for: relaxed dinners, cocktails and casual evenings with friends
What to order: burgers and pub classics at Trinity Pub, fish dishes and cocktails at Trinity Cocktail Bar
Vibe: one side feels cosy and casual, the other more elegant and dinner-focused
Good to know: both concepts are located directly across from each other so you can easily choose depending on the mood
Trinity is actually split into two different concepts located across from one another, and I genuinely love both depending on the mood. Trinity Cocktail Bar feels slightly more elevated and elegant – perfect for dinners, cocktails and longer evenings with friends. The food here is more refined, with beautifully presented fish dishes and different specials that feel a bit more sophisticated while still keeping that relaxed Monaco atmosphere.
Right across the street is Trinity Pub, which has a much more casual energy and is ideal when you want comfort food done really well. Think great burgers, easy sharing plates, drinks and a more laid-back vibe overall. Both places always feel lively, the food is genuinely excellent and together they make one of my favourite newer spots in Monaco because you can choose the atmosphere depending on what kind of evening you want.
