A Little Extra for Growth, Fullness and Shine
Taking care of my skin, hair and overall wellbeing has always been one of my favourite rituals. No matter how busy my schedule gets, my self-care routine is something I never compromise on. At least once a week, I dedicate a full evening to an at-home spa session – a little luxury that leaves me feeling refreshed and recharged. I’ll apply a nourishing hair mask that stays on for a minimum of two hours, give my body a thorough exfoliation, follow with deep hydration, and finish with a relaxing facial massage. My brows and lashes get just as much attention – I love them thick, healthy, and long, so I make sure to use nourishing serums regularly. It’s something many people overlook, but I believe it makes all the difference.
Whether it’s winter or summer, I keep my routine consistent, though I’ve noticed that my skin and hair tend to dry out much faster during the warmer months, especially after sun exposure. That’s why I always focus on hydration, even when I’m travelling. Serums are my go-to for this – they’re lightweight, easy to apply, and help with moisture retention, hair growth, and overall softness.

HAIR SERUMS
My hair is naturally thick, heavy and long, and I’m very grateful for it. Alongside regular trims, proper washing, scalp massages and a few favourite hair products, serums are always a staple in my routine. Why? Because I try to nourish it as much as possible – and growth serums or treatments that protect the strands really help my hair stay silky and soft even after washing and blow-drying. One of my favourites is the Sisley scalp serum – it’s not your typical serum, but in terms of concentration and intensity, I’d also mention the K18 leave-in mask which I use religiously. It truly makes a difference in how my hair feels and looks.

Brow Serums
After the thin brow trend about 15 years ago, it took me a lot of effort to get my brows back to being thicker, fuller, and much more flattering for my face.
I love brows that show off their natural density and shape, and to achieve that look without relying solely on make-up, you really need to focus on encouraging the actual hair growth. It’s something that takes barely any time: after my evening skincare routine, I simply apply a brow serum and head straight to bed. Many products are designed as 2-in-1 formulas for both lashes and brows, while others are targeted for one area only – which is why I’ve separated them here. Some of the 2-in-1 options that have caught my eye include Olaplex, Augustinus Bader, and Kosas – all offering formulas that help nourish and condition the hair while promoting growth.

Lash Serums
It’s no secret that I adore long lashes – and mine have become noticeably fuller and longer since I started using lash serums consistently. Mascara looks so much better when the lashes are healthy and strong, and with the right length, a lash curler can work wonders. Add a coat of mascara, and they look as though I’m wearing falsies – something people often ask me about.
My ultimate favourite is the RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner – I’ve used it for years, and it has my full recommendation. I’ve also linked a few other lash serums that have recently caught my attention and are worth trying.
