I hear you- I know that I have not been regular in updating my Latest Outfits on the blog. I take all your criticism fully onboard, hence will make a commitment to regularly update you on what inspired the outfits and give you some more background information. So, let’s start by looking back at some of the outfits I wore over the last few weeks. I picked a selection I wore for different occasions so that there is something relevant for each one of you.
If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen that we have visited Monaco in January. I thoroughly enjoyed those 24h of slightly milder climate and quality time with Filippo and our friends. We could not miss an opportunity of some shopping while there, hence I needed to wear something comfortable yet chic and elevated as the occasion requires.
I selected an oversized brown Reformation knit, a basic white COS T-shirt and also their brown blazer. Jeans are my all time favourite Toteme jeans and I opted for new The Row boots-one of the latest additions to my shoe wardrobe. This outfit was completed with a burgundy Kelly bag and Phoebe Philo sunglasses.
For a chill stroll around town on Sunday afternoon, I selected new Jimmy Choo sneakers and knew I wanted to take The Row Margaux 17 bag with me, hence picked all brown outfit around the accessories. I wore COS jumper with , The Row wool pants, Phoebe Philo trench coat. My sneakers made the stroll comfortable, yet all the brown hues made me feel good in the clothes I wore.
For a dinner with friends in Monaco, I chose new elegant Toteme dress. I love how body-hugging this maxi dress is, but it also shows just the right amount of skin. I paired the dress with Miu Miu kitten heels, Hermes Mini Kelly bag and Saint Laurent coat.
The key piece of this outfit, which I wore for a lunchtime meeting in Paris was this Valentino VLOGO Moon bag. It is another contemporary, simple outfit where accessories do all the talking. I wore white COS t-shirt and a Saint Laurent blazer paired with Toteme jeans, Saint Laurent heels and a touch of gold, that went perfectly with my Van Cleef necklace.
Finally, last week I visited Agafay desert in Morocco and travelled with my lovely GUERLAIN family. For this occasion, I wore a simple maxi Saint Laurent dress, Magda Butrym boxy shape blazer with peak lapels.. I accentuated waist with Bottega Veneta belt, same one I wore to my first date with Filippo, so it will always be one of my favourites. Mules are also Bottega Veneta, whereas the bag I chose is Hermés Mini Kelly.
