Items I Am Looking Forward To Wearing in 2024

New year new me is already out of the window but let me tell you one thing – I certainly am a bit more organised than before. Did a new years closet clear out before the fashion month begins, and I wanted to share with you some of the items I am most excited about wearing this year. From bags, to some specific clothing items, to of course a lot of shoes, check out my top picks.

BOTTEGA VENETA HOP BAG

Bought this bag during the last London fashion week, and although I absolutely love it, I haven’t been wearing it as much as would have wanted to, so I decided to make it a priority to style it with as many things as I can, as it is not only a chic bag but basically fits everything I need and more. Every time I wore it so far I really enjoyed everything about it. The Hop bag I choose is in the dark brown colour but I think the navy and some of the lighter colours also look amazing(oooh specially the suede one), I literally had to stop myself yesterday from getting it in another colour.

This bag really brings me a lot of joy and im excited to bring it with me around the globe.

VINTAGE HÈRMES KELLY - BURGUNDY

I searched high and low for this exact bag. The box leather, the colour, the hardware. It’s all perfect. Now, I really don’t want to give such a strong statement as to say this is one of my favourite bags I own, but let’s just say it is my favourite vintage find. This colour is so beautiful and I think most of us are currently indulging in burgundy, I love styling it and adding a pop of colour to my outfit while still keeping it chic.

Recently I wore it on repeat on a short city break but you will find out about that very soon (or maybe even sooner if you sign up to our Newsletter)

FERRAGAMO RED HEELS

These might seem like a bold choice for me and they have been in my wardrobe for a while, but I just know these will be my go-to during fashion month. Not only are they very cool, they are also quite comfortable and you know that is what is important during the month you are in heels every day. I love Ferragamo and everything they have been doing recently – the shoes have been a big hit for me. One other thing I have to mention is that red (just like the burgundy we just mentioned) is a huge hit, and even if I have my stand about the colour, this pair I love. Stay tuned as I will definitely be sharing how I styled them on the blog.

MIU MIU KITTEN HEELS - BURGUNDY

Are these the most wanted pair of kitten heels at the moment? And also what is it with me and three items in similar tone? A few months ago I got the same pair of heels from Miu Miu in beige as the burgundy were sold out, but I was patiently waiting to get my hands on them. As I previously said this is the colour of the season, so I am sure I will have a lot of items to style them with. The heel is low so that means comfort, and that is only another plus.

So far I have been wearing both the shoes and I love them also with a small wool sock which is cute but also also very warm. Win is a win

GUCCI BAGGY JEANS

I know I said we are kind of moving away from baggy jeans, but you will not see me put these Gucci jeans anywhere. They are the perfect fit, not too fitted, not too baggy, just give the coolest look, and you can basically style them with any kind of top, blazer, coat as well as any shoes.

I fell in love with this the right very second they were shown on the runway and had to pre order them – as I was afraid they will get snatched. I know that baggy jeans aren’t everybody’s cup of tea, but Im a big fan through and through.

ALAÏA HEART BAG

This bag was one of my most worn during all seasons last year, and I have a strong feeling it will also be worn a lot this year. I love it both in silver and red and I just can not decide which one I prefer, they both give a different look to any outfit.

I think that this bag marks another era at Alaia and it’s a bit of a playful touch to many more serious outfits. Not only have I worn both red and silver one lots in 2023 – I am planning on keeping it in my first team of fashion week, as my top alliance accessories.

JIMMY CHOO BLACK BOOTS

The Jimmy Choo boots are also not an item that I can wear every day, but boy do they turn heads when they get their five minutes. I have a pair in blue as well and am beyond excited to style these to different events and fashion shows I have planned. They will surely elevate any outfit, bring that eye catching moment and besides being a showstopper are truly comfy.

Personally I love Choos, Azia and Sacora are amongst my favourites but the boots keep getting better and better! Cant wait for these beauties to shine (literally)

SAINT LAURENT EARRINGS

The thing with fashion jewellery is, I usually get a piece and wear for a season or two, but I think that there is a big exception – the new Saint Laurent earrings. I have already worn them a few times, and already have so many outfit ideas to go with, but the thing that makes them special is the fact they look so vintage and also unbranded.

They tick many different vibes, from quiet luxury to mob wife, as they are so bold and statement, but look opulent and add specific warmth to the face. 10 out of 10 from me.

VALENTINO DRESS

How many times can I rewear this dress before it gets boring to everyone? I’m really not sure, but what I do know is that I can not wait to style it and wear it to a special occasion, I just need to think very hard which event it should be.

Valentino has been in my top charts of luxury brands for a while now and season after season with Pierpaolo Piccioli – the brand is getting stronger and stronger. From bags, shoes to incredible ready to wear, I am excited for 2024 to be Valentino girly more than ever.

SAINT LAURENT COAT

One of my most worn coats this season is definitely the Saint Laurent pinstripe wool coat, that is actually from the mens collection, but I love how it fits, the shoulder pads, the belt around the waist, it compliments a lot of different outfits and will surely keep me warm. Each season I have a YSL coat Im all in for, last year it was the grey one, year before a different grey one, there were some leather trenches, coats and jackets – but this one really is something special. Can we agree?

KHAITE MESH BALLERINAS

Spring is already in my mind and one pair of shoes that I am dying to wear are the Khaite mesh ballet flats. The mistake I made with them is I bought it while we were already going into the fall season where I was really excited about just wearing boots, but now I can not wait for warmer weather to bring these out.

All you need is a cute pedicure and these shoes are just all the joy of any outfit.

THE ROW MARGAUX BAG

This bag doesn’t even need an introduction. I had it on my wish list for so long that I wear it basically every chance I get and will continue wearing it all through this year. I love that is has no logo and is spacious enough to fit all my items.

We gave it a blog post  and even though I wore it and talked about it so many times before The Row Margaux is here to stay. I love everything about it and am even considering it in smaller sizes. What does the jury say?
