Tokyo Outfits

My first time in Tokyo and this was I have to say my favourite trip I took this year! I loved experiencing a different culture and learning new things about it every day. That being said I will talk about the fashion aspect of Tokyo here, but if you would like to see what I got up to during my trip you can check out my YouTube video – little secret reveal for you, there will also be a video only dedicated to vintage shopping that is coming very soon.

It maybe doesn’t seem like it on the pictures, but it was very hot and humid in Tokyo, so I wanted to stay cool but still put together a stylish outfit, as I was very much inspired by the fashion there.

One of my day outfits was my beloved Wardrobe.NYC set, I have been opting for the skirt and vest version of it lately, and I absolutely love this creme colour. I paired it with a pink Chanel classic flap for a pop of colour as well as a comfortable pair of shoes – the Hèrmes Chypre sandal.

However when it comes to other outfits, you can never go wrong with the Wardrobe.NYC black pants as they will be a staple in your closet, and for a night out in Tokyo I paired them with a Magda Butrym corset, Hèrmes mules and my grey Kelly bag.

Moving on to an absolute dream come true of a day – my shoot for British Vogue. I decided on an all Alaïa look, with jeans and a denim top, paired with their heart heels. I also wore my new Kelly Pochette with the look, and as it got quite hot in the denim top, I wore my Dion Lee top for the trip to the shoot and back.

And lastly, the night of the launch party the  Saint Laurent silk dress matched perfectly with the colour of the Kelly Pochette, and the Alaïa heels were a no brainer.
