SPENT A FEW DAYS ON A BOAT
Somehow it is the end of summer, and my last vacation is officially over, but I am still not over all the looks I managed to wear this summer. Here is now my last “summer outfits post”, before slowly but surely getting into the autumn mood.
I had such a fun Italian holiday this summer with a bunch of friends on a yacht. Have I mentioned that I was waking up to the view of Faraglioni rocks at all times? I mostly enjoyed my time on the boat just sunbathing in my bikinis, which this year happened to be again – mostly Magda Butrym.
The blue Magda Butrym bikini, I decided to pair with my raffia Prada bag as well as a pair of sunglasses from Saint Laurent, while my brown bikini I accessorised with my Van Cleef blue agate necklace and some Chanel sunnies. A simple look that I also really loved was my Chanel bikini, and I wore over a creme Peony dress, which I have gotten a lot more wear out of than I initially expected.
Moving on to some more “dressed up” looks, we just decided to go for a quick lunch to Capri and I kept on my Christopher Esber swim, that has some hardware so it easily passes as a bodysuit, and put over a white skirt from the same brand. I wore my usual Hermes Oran sandals in Etoupe, which I’m sure you’ve seen me wear over and over again, as well as this Gucci hat that was one of my favourites this summer.
Next day we decided to spend an afternoon in Positano, where I wore my brand new Gucci white dress, paired with Alaïa ballet flats and a pink Chanel classic flap. Another evening outfit that I think was the most I got dressed up this vacation was the stunning Saint Laurent hooded dress, which really doesn’t need any accessories.
And lastly for our trip back to Monaco, I wanted something very comfortable but still chic, that is why I opted for a Chanel tank top and The Row Gala pants, but as it was a little chilly in the morning I also put over a Chanel jacket.
