What I Wore in Florence – Outfit Diary

IN FLORENCE FOR A FEW SPECIAL DAYS

Took a train from Milan to Florence for a few special events. First night I arrived there was a dinner hosted by one of my absolute favourite brands Magda Butrym in collaboration with LuisaViaRoma. For this occasion I wore a sparkly Magda Butrym dress, paired with Jimmy Choo Bing heels.

Next day I had a few fittings for the fashion show and went to the Ferragamo experience, where they showed us the whole process behind the making of their bags and we even got to participate and make one ourselves. I wore one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe at the moment – The Row halter neck dress, which I paired with a black Ferragamo bag and black sandals.

That night it was the LuisaViaRoma x British Vogue Runway Icons Fashion Show that was taking place In Piazza Michelangelo . It only felt right to wear head to toe Saint Laurent, and I wanted to choose a piece that I don’t already own in my wardrobe. I wore a maxi dress with a hood, and styled it with my tuxedo clutch and beige mules, that I have been wearing non-stop lately.

The show was set in the iconic location overviewing the city and I was in complete awe as Andrea Bocelli sung and Natalia Vodianova opened the show in a gorgeous Giambattista Valli gown. Some of my favourite brands then showed their looks, such as Fendi, Ferragamo, Jimmy Choo, Maison Margiela, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabbana and Rick Owens. Irina Shayk closed the show in a sheer Tom Ford dress, which was followed by a spectacular final walk. It was truly an unforgettable night.
