IN CAPRI WITH D&G
Dolce & Gabbana invited me on a trip to Capri, where I got the chance to discover more about one of my favourite fragrances – D&G Light Blue. If you have been following me for a while, you probably noticed that this has been my go-to fragrance for a while and it just got released in a new bottle design and with a new twist on the scent.
The idea behind this fragrance was to remind you of a romantic escape to Capri. The new bottle design has the iconic majolica print all over, as opposed to the sheer glass and blue cap fragrance bottle.
It is a light, breezy fragrance that’s perfect for everyday wear, whether you’re running errands or meeting friends for lunch. It’s crisp and clean, yet has a slightly sweet undertone that adds depth and complexity. I was very excited to try this years new Light Blue, which has a touch of peach (another summer favourite).
A part of the trip was also dedicated to a makeup masterclass with D&G Beauty, which as a huge fan of their makeup products, I thoroughly enjoyed. I often find myself reaching for their tinted moisturiser, one of their blushes, and recently the eye kohl pencil. Not only are the products very high quality, but the packaging is very aesthetic and in true Dolce & Gabbana style. And with the new fragrance coming out, they have also released a few makeup products with the same packaging such as The Lift And Set Brow Gel and the Universal Blurring Powder.
