Jacquemus Trip to Portofino Looks

First trip after my few days break and engagement was with one of my favourite summer dresses brand Jacquemus. I actually missed half of the first day as my flight from Milan to Napoli was delayed, but I still tried to make it up and experience as much as possible.

We went to Portofino with Jacquemus for their pop-up boutique opening, which went alongside with launching his third capsule collection.

The new collection, a tribute to the French Riviera, attempts to embody the brand essence of Jacquemus by fusing a bright color scheme with body-skimming designs. The collection, which includes ready-to-wear and accessory designs for both men and women, includes store-exclusive items that come in muted earth tones and gentle yellows to match the brand’s new Italian location.

Jacquemus plans to open a number of temporary, beach-themed stores in Europe this summer, and I believe each one will have a little twist to it to match the place it is in. Next pop-up location will be France, and I look forward to seeing how he will be inspired by his home country.

The day I arrived I quickly changed and went off to a boat ride that they have organised for us.For the day outfit, I really enjoyed the casual vibe with just simple shorts and a shirt, but the shirt was in full Jacquemus style, which made the outfit special. I choose a brown Le Bisou Handbag, which I think is the perfect summer bag.

After the boat ride we went back to our hotel, got ready for dinner and a movie night. I went with a monochrome look for this occasion, I wore an ecru coloured mini skirt, with the same design jacket. I paired it with a small Le Panier Soli Raphia bag and some creme sandals.

The dinner look was from the Jacquemus Spring 2023 Ready To Wear collection, which he presented in Paris in December last year and named it “Raphia”.
