Favourite Home Accessories

I have always enjoyed decorating my space, but to get an apartment completely empty decorate it from scratch, was a completely new thing to me. I never imagined it being such a long process, as I have been living here for over a year and we are still not quite finished with all the furniture.

That being said, while waiting for all our bigger, centre pieces to be delivered, I loved buying smaller decor such as vases, candles, mugs, fashion books, which kept me excited during all the waiting.

If you have been following me for a while, you might have noticed I absolutely love Diptyque candles and home fragrances, and I could not tell you how many of their items I have purchased in the past years. My favourite scents from them are Ambre, Baies and Vanille. I have also been loving their bigger editions of the candles as they come in different colours and make for great table decoration.

Another one of my obsessions is Soho Home decor, especially kitchen appliances. One of my favourite pieces from them which can also serve as great kitchen decor is the marble, oak and gold-tone bread board and knife set.

I could not imagine my space without the now iconic Anissa Kermiche Vases, which bring the perfect bit of “spice” to your regular dining table or coffee table. I think they add a lot in comparison to simple vases.

I like to mix designer pieces of decor with some more affordable but still chic items, and I believe H&M Home is doing great at the moment. With their neutral colored items, they really make them seem very expensive, while not breaking the bank. I have linked some of my more affordable favourites as well in this post.

Even if you only get 2 or 3 items from this selection, it will make a whole lot of a difference in your room.
