I was recently invited by Dior Beauty to attend a revitalizing wellness retreat at their brand new Dior SPA located in the picturesque South of France. During my visit, I was treated to a variety of rejuvenating treatments and had the opportunity to chat with experts in their respective fields to discover the best ways to nurture both my body and mind.

To make the experience even more memorable, Dior provided me with some stylish clothing to wear throughout my stay, as well as an abundance of new skincare and makeup products to test out. In this blog post, I’m excited to share with you my favorite outfits from the trip and the beauty products that have become absolute must-haves in my daily routine.

In 1946, Christian Dior birthed his fashion brand with a visionary goal of creating a new and complete femininity. Presently, the House of Dior has expanded to offer a range of products- from dresses to accessories, fragrances to lipstick, and even expert skincare- that add radiance and modernity to the beauty of women. Among the LA COLLECTION PRIVÉE CHRISTIAN DIOR fragrances, I have found Eden Roc (aptly named), Feve Delicieuse, and Vanilla Diorama to be my top choices for the spring season due to their exceptional uniqueness and distinct personality.

As soon as I stepped into my hotel room, my eyes were immediately drawn to the new Dior summer 2023 collection. The sought-after 5 Couleurs Couture eyeshadow palette, designed by Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, captured the essence of summer at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc with its sun-kissed shades. The palette featured a perfect blend of azure blue and luminous orange, with creamy powder that stayed put all day long. My personal favourite, palette 233 Eden Roc, included a glittery azure blue, pearly bronze shades, and a luminous ivory that looked stunning on my lids. The Dior Forever Couture Luminizer highlighting powder, adorned with Christian Dior’s signature letters, was the perfect addition to my summer beauty routine. This long-lasting powder gave my complexion a radiant glow with its sensational iridescent finish, thanks to pearlescent pigments that provided a multidimensional effect. The wild pansy extract infused into the formula also kept my skin hydrated and comfortable throughout the day. The Dior Forever Natural Bronze bronzing powder was another summer essential that mimicked the sun’s gentle touch on my skin. This bronzing powder gave me a healthy glow with a sun-kissed finish, making my complexion look rested and radiant. The wild pansy extract in the formula ensured my skin stayed hydrated and comfortable.

Finally, the Rouge Dior coloured lip balm was the perfect choice for anyone who wanted to maintain beautiful, hydrated lips with a flawless finish. My personal favourite shade was 337, which was sheer yet offered enough pigment to give my lips a polished look. It worked perfectly on its own or as a primer for other Rouge Dior lipstick finishes, providing added comfort to my lips. Together with the highlighter, this Rouge Dior lip balm was an absolute must-have for my summer days.
