Never before did I think I will be more familiar with the app system and what is available from technology to improve your well being. I decided to write a blog post on all that I have learned during quarantine, from apps for losing weight to building strength, from high-intensity workouts to moving meditations. This was super pleasant not only for my body but for my mind as well. You guys know that I havent left house for three months and developing a healthy routine was crucial for me. Apple Watch was super useful for me as well, since it helped me to track my activity and achieve my goals. Apart from that, I could also share my activity, compete with my own goals, keep my reminder always set to keep me on the track and I got my awards for the milestones I reached.
