
Never before did I think I will be more familiar with the app system and what is available from technology to improve your well being. I decided to write a blog post on all that I have learned during quarantine, from apps for losing weight to building strength, from high-intensity workouts to moving meditations. This was super pleasant not only for my body but for my mind as well. You guys know that I havent left house for three months and developing a healthy routine was crucial for me. Apple Watch was super useful for me as well, since it helped me to track my activity and achieve my goals. Apart from that, I could also share my activity, compete with my own goals, keep my reminder always set to keep me on the track and I got my awards for the milestones I reached.
I strongly recommend fitness and meditation apps below and hope they will be super useful for you. Feel free to leave comments below with your favourite apps and ways of staying healthy.

Ahh cool, this is super helpful! I tried getting into doing yoga at home, but always felt like I spent longer searching random yoga videos on youtube than actually enjoying it haha, so definitely will be trying that yoga app!

During lockdown, I gained 6lb. Since returning to work, I have lost 12lb by walking! I love keeping the body in motion. Haven’t tried yoga yet but now I am curious!
