Being in quarantine means new and very different routine rather than what we once knew as normal life. Especially when the Spring just came and that used to be my favourite time of the year, one that meant as many daily hours spent outside as possible. But with your thinking you can change the entire perception not only of your day, but of your life. Positive thinking and attracting what I need is set of rules that I respect and that helped me to find my right way to success in both private and professional life. Some people are getting anxious, are focusing on all the limitations and I think its time we change that. Its important to be responsible but you can use this time to slow down, take a deep breath and think about all the things you did and you will do in the future. We live this fast, very fast life and maybe now is the time just to reflect on it and find a new strength to go further. This is also a perfect time to be more with your loved ones, but not only physically. Even if you can’t see them, you can speak to them more than before. I always believed that strong family relationship is very important base of every personality and self confidence. Build it.
If it is hard for you to find motivation, now is the time to practice it. If you cannot do “it”, it is ok. Sometimes is just fine to slow down and understand what you feel, but in the same time you can use this self isolation to practice your motivation. Don’t let the negative feelings take over your life. When you feel low, do that first step, just start and you will see how everything will change. And once you train your motivation, you will definitely feel like you have one super power.
I love to daydream and go in my deepest imagination of my perfect world. I like to go back to that moments of pure happiness that I experienced and to feel it again. Believe me, daydreaming is a way to fulfil all your fantasies and to have a super relaxing time with yourself.
It will keep your focus very high. Nowadays focus is what people miss very much, especially because of high attention disorder. Apart from focus, with writing your thoughts (especially on a piece of paper) and reading other ones, you will meet that calmness of the current moment. After all, we all live just in this second, just in this moment.
What I want to say is that, look on the bright side of all of this situation that we are currently in. Use it to be better, stronger, more self confident, to test yourself and to build your relationships stronger.
