One More From Burano

Pretty Shades Of Pink

I simply couldn’t resist not posting another set of photos from the beautiful island Burano. This place left me speechless and you can probably see why. So many colourful houses in one place left me feeling really inspired and happy, almost like a child visiting a candy store.

Since I visited Venice 3 times already I wanted to spend one day away from the crazy tourist spots and escape to an island near by. In my previous Burano post I mentioned how to get there and what I did on the day, so in this post I will just mainly talk about my fashion choices and few tips and tricks I didnt mention before. If you are interested in more detailed guide to Burano, then definitely check that post out, it will give you the information I was looking for while researching the place.

Burano really looks prettiest early in the morning and late in the after noon because its not as busy as in the middle of the day. People often come here for lunch so if you do the same chances are you will miss out on its beauty at quiet times. I really enjoyed walking around the peripheral canals during the busy hours as that way I could explore more and its how I also found a house in most beautiful shade of pink which totally matched my dress. Coincidence? Maybe :)

After walking around for the whole morning, you will probably want to indulge in their famous black paste (the black squid ink is super famous in Burano) or Pizza and Caprese in my case. I thought that food tastes even better than in Venice and it was so easy to find nice place for chilling after a long walk and hot weather. Yes Burano is definitely something you need to have high on your list if you are visiting Venice and the region. Now lets talk about the outfit.

Summer Mood

The outfit was as always easygoing. I picked this See by Chloe dress during the sale and it was a great snatch, the pretty pastel pink is probably my favourite. I also love the material of the dress, as its airy and light so perfect for summer. I wore it with my Jimmy Choo glitter flats as they are comfy, go with pretty much everything (thanks to their silver to gold gradient colour) and are great for walking around.

The thing you havent seen on my blog yet, but I featured on my instagram is this Muun bag. Its a perfect summer accessory, as its a bag made of straw. I love it and think its really beautiful for day or for beach trips. What I love even more is that it fits my whole home in there, so I could really fill it up with necessities during this trip.

As always I love jewellery and sunglasses so accessorised this look in the same manner. I wore my Delfina Delettrez earring and the rest is all Cartier. I always wear Love bracelet, Juste un Clou bracelet and Amulette de Cartier necklace. The funny thing is that the rock on my necklace is also light pink opal, which I believe brings me luck. The sunglasses are Tom Ford and as  always I have it all linked for you below. Hope you like it!
