End of the year is the best time to make the most out of ourselves. Its also the best time to set goals, make plans and to build the motivation for everything you want to do in the next year. New Years resolutions are often thrown aside already in second week of January but there are so many reasons you shouldn’t do that. Make a kick ass Career Plan for the next year which will help you stay on the right track and finally achieve your goals.
When I say career plan, it can also be a fitness plan, achievement plan, anything to do with making your goals coming true.
1.Evaluate Yourself. You want to run a marathon but you absolutely hate running? Maybe its time to re-evaluate, either you have to change the goal, or you have to change your attitude. Get to know you weaknesses and work around them. Knowing that you are an unorganised person can help, because you can already start planning certain activities now and avoid the disasters later on. Evaluate and act upon!
2.Think of the Goals
Do you want a new job? A Pay Rise? You want to lose 10kilos or eat healthy? Maybe you want to start playing an instrument or get a role in a movie? Anything is possible! You know those things that you want so hard but are scared to admit? Say them loudly,write them on a piece of paper, these will be your goals. Now lets see how to get to them.
3.Write Down A Plan
A dream without a plan is just a wish. Its time to write a plan. Do a research which explains how people normally get to that goal, where to go to auditions, how to practice! How long does it take to prepare for marathon? How many times a week do people usually train. Ok now put all of it on a piece of paper, make a plan which explains in detail how you plan to achieve that in 2016.
4.Self Control – Discipline
What is a plan if you don’t stick to it? You said you will give out CVs but really inside you know you won’t. Maybe you aren’t achieving your goals because you lack discipline. A crucial element in any success story. If you would rather stay in bed and sleep longer than go to gym to work on that running plan, you need to practice that self control. Practice it for a stronger mind and better discipline. No one was born disciplined, its something you practice and something you can become really good at. Make sure you remind yourself of the goal and how much you want it. What is more important? Finally making your dreams come true or those 15min longer in bed? Practice discipline and get where you want to be.

Kraj godine je najbolje vreme da izvucete maksimum iz sebe. Takodje je to najbolje vreme za postavljanje ciljeva, planova i izgradnju motivacije za sledecu godinu. Novogodisnje odluke su cesto vec odbacene u drugoj nedelji u januaru, ali ima mnogo razloga zasto to ne treba da ucinite. Napravite najbolji moguci plan za sledecu godinu koji ce vam pomoci da ostanete na pravom putu i konacno ostvarite svoje snove.
Ovaj plan se ne odnosti samo na karijeru, moze to biti i fitnes plan, plan nekih licnih ostvarenja, ali i bilo sta drugo sto ce vas usreciti.
1.Procenite sebe. Zelite da istrcite ceo maraton, ali mrzite da trcite? Mozda je vreme da se preispitate, ili morate promeniti cilj ili svoj stav. Upoznajte svoje slabosti i pobedite ih. Ukoliko znate da ste neorganizovani, mozete to prihvatiti na taj nacin sto cete plan napaviti tako da vam ova osobina ne umanjuje sanse uspeha. Procenite i reagujte!
2.Mislite na Cilj
Zelite novi posao? Povisicu? Zelite smrsati 10 kilograma ili da jedete zdravije? Mozda ipak zelite da usavrsite sviranje instrumenta ili poznavanje jezika. Sve je moguce. Znate one snove koje toliko zelite da se bojite da ih sebi priznate? Recite ih naglas, napisite na papir, ovo su vasi ciljevi. Sada cemo da vidimo kako da dodjete do njih!
3.Pocnite sa Planiranjem
Cilj bez plana je samo zelja. Vreme je da napisete plan. Prvo istrazite na internetu kako doci do njega, koji su koraci, gde da idete na audicije, kako da vezbate? Koliko nedelja je potrebno da vezbate za maraton? Koliko puta nedeljnotreba da vezbate? Sada sve to stavite na papir, napravite plan i u detalj opisite kako cete doci do svog cilja u 2016.
4.Samokontrola – Disciplina
Sta ce vam plan ako ga se ne pridrzavate? Napisali ste da cete podeliti nekoliko CV-ova, ali u sebi znate da necete. Mozda ne postizete svoje ciljeve jer vam nedostaje disciplina. Neverovatno bitna stavka u bilo kojoj prici uspeha. Ako radije ostajete u krevetu nego sto idete u teretanu dok vezbate za maraton, onda morate vezbati i samo kontrolu. Vezbajte svoj um i disciplinu. Niko se nije rodio disciplinovan, ona je kao misic, mora se uvezbati. Uvek se podsecajte da imate cilj i koliko ga zelite. Sta je bitnije? Konacno ostvarenje snova ili 15minuta duze u krevetu? Vezbajte disciplinu dok ne budete gde ste oduvek zeleli biti.
