Hey lovely people! My Ibiza photo diary is finally here. Few weeks ago I was invited by Teresa Tarmey, one of London’s most renowned skin care experts to come to Ibiza for a trip with my favourite blogger girls to learn more about looking after your skin, and protecting it in the sun. Victoria, Sammi, Suzie, Carly, Ems and I had fabulous time together, and you could see that on my social media accounts. I know that summer is almost over, but I really wanted to share with you this photo diary, and some of the skin tips by Teresa. Pre par nedelja Teresa Tarmey, koja je u Londonu poznata kao ekspert za negu lica, me je pozvala na Ibicu, kako bih zajedno sa mojim najdrazim drugaricama i blogerkama naucila vise o nezi koze i kako je zastiti na suncu. Tips from Teresa Tarmey:
1.Drink Water
One I always forget to do. Drinking a lot of water is extremely important, and I can write a whole post about why and how I struggle with this one. But will leave it as being number one tip from Teresa, who said that moisturising your skin just from outside is not enough. It is very important to keep hydrated whole day long (specially when in the sun).
2.Protect your skin
If you are like me slightly more pigmented, you can suffer from hyper pigmentation if you don’t protect your skin. Since I travel a lot I can get break outs from flying and urrmm not drinking enough (Note to self, read number 1 again). If I expose my skin to sun after getting break outs I am more likely to get these pigment spots. Luckily I have been using SPF 50 on my face for months now, and one that Teresa recommends is Kiehl’s Ultra Light Daily UV Defense SPF50
3.Cleanse
Well, no need to explain too much here. Cleanse your skin in the morning and night, in order not to develop acne, scaring, in order to fight large pores etc. I discovered Clarisonic Smart Profile on this trip and so far have been using it daily. It gives my skin nice glow which I love.
4.You are what you eat
Diet is extremely important for healthy skin. Make sure to eat variety of foods, to intake all the vitamins and minerals that will make your skin less dull and more super-skin. Vitamins A, B3, C, E and K are the ones I would strongly recommend to battle well known skin problems, such as spots, wrinkles, dry patches and hyper pigmentation.

1.Voda
Ovo je nesto sto ja uvek zaboravim. Unosenje vode u organizam je izuzetno vazno, a ja mogu da napisem ceo post o tome zasto mi je tesko i zasto zaboravljam. Ipak ovo cu ostaviti za neki drugi post i pokusati da vas motivisem da budete bolji od mene u tome. Ovo je najbitniji savet koji nam je Teresa dala, jer je rekla da je to kao apliciranje hidrantne kreme-ali iznutra.Pogotovo pijte vodu ako ste izlozeni suncu.
2.Zastita koze
Ako kao ja imate malo vise pigmentisanu kozu, jako je bitno da koristite zastitu od sunca kako ni biste zavrsili a hiperpigmentacijom.Posto mnogo putujem , posle dugocasovnih letova mi se zna desiti da primetim bubuljicu na licu. Ukoliko ne zastitim kozu, znam da ce se ova tackica pretvoriti u tamnu tackicu koja ce onda trajati duze nego obicno.Vec mesecima koirstim SPF50 koji zaista prija mom licu, a Teresa preporucuje Kiehl’s Ultra Light Daily UV Defense SPF50
3.Ciscenje Lica
Ovde ne moram mnogo objasnjavati. Dobro ocistite kozu lica ujutru i uvece, kako ne biste dobili akne, velike pore ili oziljke od bubuljica. Na ovom putovanju, otkrila sam Clarisonic Smart Profile i sada ga koristim svakodnevno. Mojoj kozi daje neki sjaj koji mi se izuzetno dopada.
4.Vi ste ono sto jedete
Ishrana je izuzetno bitna za zdravu kozu. Vitamini i minerali ce uciniti vasu kozu zivljom, lepsom i blistavijom. Licno vam preporucujem vitamine A, B3, C, E i K koji se bore protiv svih problema kao sto su bore, dehidratacija, bubuljice i hiperpigmentacija.
