Renova Spa Experience

A lot of you asked to see some photos of me without make up, dressed casually. And I must admit, that in not a style I go for, unless I am going to the gym, or to the spa. When Riu Touareg kindly offered me some spa treatment, I thought its a perfect opportunity to show you how I dress for the occasion and give you some of my advices. As you can tell I wore Victoria’s Secret set, which is very comfortable, and didn’t have any make up on my face, bar the eyebrow pencil.
I always do my own scrub at home before I go to the spa, as that way all the oils sink into the skin better. You can do this by mixing some olive oil and salt, for an amazing scrub that you already have in your kitchen :) We started with some relaxation by jacuzzi, sound of the water always relaxes my mind, and that is quite hard as my mind is always rushing with thoughts, ideas and it feels so good just to relax fully. Renova spa offered me their best massage, called Renova Combi. It was 80 minutes of pure relaxation, and consists of 3 different types of massages, Relaxation, Swedish and Lomi Lomi. It is so amazing to have so many options when on holiday, including mani and pedi, couples massages, facials, waxings, wraps and all treatments you can imagine! After this great experience, I went for my favourite breakfast and a swim. Cesto me pitate da postavim slike bez sminke, gde nosim opustenu odecu. Moram da priznam da ovo nije stil koji praktikujem, osim ako idem u teretanu ili spa. Kada mi je Riu Touareg ponudio tretmane u njihovom spa centru, pomislila sam da je ovo savrsena prilika za opusten post, kao i par saveta u vezi istog. Kao sto vidite nosila sam Victoria’s Secret set koji je jako udoban i nisam imala ni malo sminke na licu, osim malo olovke za obrve. Uvek pre nego sto odem na masazu uradim piling kod kuce da bi se olja sto bolje upila. Ovo mozete uraditi tako sto cete pomesati kuhinjsku so i maslinovo ulje, smesa koja odlicno odstranjuje sve mrtve celije, bez potrosenog dinara :) Poceli smo relaksacijom pored djakuzija, zvuk vode me uvek opusti, a to je prilicno tesko jer moj um nikada ne spava, gomila ideja, misli i projekata je odjednom utihnula, sto je zaista lepo za promenu. Renova spa mi je ponudio svoju najbolju masazu, koja se zove Renova Combi, jer se radi o 80 minuta kombinovane masaze, ukljucujuci Svedsku masazu, Lomi Lomi i Opustajucu masazu. Bilo je tu jos mnogo opcija kao sto su manikir i pedikir, masaze za parove, tretmani lica, depilacije, pakovanja i ostali tretmani, sve sto mozete pozeleti.
