Yes, I admit, I have a new obsession.
However this time I am afraid its serious. Im so madly ,deeply in love with the “balmain shoulders” ANYTHING actually with shoulders like this, dress, jacket and some crazy tops as well…I have a great designing ideas including that style as well… Anyway it is absolutely impossible to find anything similar on the high street, so I might need to get sewing machine and get on with the work :)))

What do you think about the look? Even though it is quite military, unlike the old “padded shoulders” look this one is completely opposite. When you look at the models, instead of making them more manly and big it makes them look more fragile as their waist looks tiny comparing to the NEW shoulders.
I think its very flattering once you get used to it. And celebrities seem to like it as well :)
Hopefully design will hit the high street soon ;)
